Katie finds practicing yoga to be the time when she is most present in her mind, and her mind is most present in her body. She teaches in the hope that she can provide that aperture for others.
Her classes are an exploration of alignment and breath. She’ll focus on presence in the body and the room, with an atmosphere of compassion.
