MONTHLY AUTO RENEW TERMS

• Contract begins on the day of purchase & auto renews on the same day next month. Example: Purchase card October 5, credit card is charged again November 5.

• No suspensions, no extensions, no exemptions, no exceptions (includes illness, injuries, vacations, pregnancy, relocating, family emergencies).

• Cancel: Email namaste@jayayogacenter.com a minimum of 14 days in advance of your contract renewal date stating you wish to cancel.

• PERKS: Easy sign-in and yoga mat storage (permitted there’s space). The more you practice, the less you pay!

SINGLE CLASS POLICIES

• All single classes expire 30 days after purchase. Absolutely no extensions beyond expiration.

CLASS CARD POLICIES

• All class cards are non refundable. Absolutely no extensions beyond expiration.

PRIVATE LESSON POLICIES

• In the event you are unable to make your private lesson, a full refund will be granted with at least 48 hours notice, otherwise a credit will be placed on your account to use towards classes, workshops and/or merchandise.

REIKI POLICIES

• Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel a reiki appointment, failure to do so will result in forfeiting the total amount of your gift certificate or payment of the full service.

REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

• In the event you’re unable to attend a workshop or event that you purchased in advance, a full refund will be granted with at least 48 hours notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SINGLE CLASSES, UNLIMITED CLASSES, CLASS CARDS

• Please note that we do not accept phone cancellation. Please email us at namaste@jayayogacenter.com or cancel online in your portal up to 6 hrs in advance. The class will be returned to your account for you to use at a future date within your purchase expiration period.

• Pre-register is required for classes online and for in person.

• Do arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.

• YES we have blocks, blankets and straps, free for your use.

Studio Etiquette

1. There is no late entry to classes. For consideration of your fellow practitioners and the teachers we encourage you to arrive early for class. Late entry is strongly discouraged. We can only allow entry up to 7 minutes.

2. Please arrive 10 minutes early to each class.

3. Please do not wear heavy perfume or scents.

4. No shoes allowed in studio.

5. No gum allowed in studio.

6. No food allowed in studio.

7. Please enter and exit the studio space quietly, put your mat down quietly.

8. Silence all cell phones upon entering the studio. Please leave the premises if you need to speak on the phone.

9. Do bring your own canteens to fill with water at our studios, as filtered water and water for tea is provided on premises.

10. You must pay before entering class, not after.

11. Savasana is not an optional pose. If you need to leave before the end of class, please alert the teacher before class and the teacher will guide you through how to leave with the least amount of disruption to others.
